Stockport Recoveries is the vehicle recovery and transport division of Stockport Automotive Group. This policy explains what we do with personal information you give us.

• Your vehicle registration and vehicle details
• Your location and destination for the recovery or transport job
• Any details you choose to give us about the situation

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out the recovery or transport job, keep a record of work carried out, and meet our legal and insurance obligations.

We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Sharing within our group

Where you ask us to arrange onward repair or inspection, we may share your details with Stockport Mechanics or Stockport Motors so they can help. We will only do this where it is needed to deliver the service you asked for.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for as long as we need them for accounting, insurance and legal purposes, and then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no ongoing reason to keep it.
