Getting recovered couldn't be simpler
Five straightforward steps from the moment you get in touch to the moment your vehicle arrives.
Step 1
Contact us
Call, WhatsApp or submit the recovery form. A phone call is fastest if the vehicle is somewhere unsafe.
Step 2
Tell us where you are
Send us your location, vehicle details and what has happened. A postcode, what3words or a dropped pin all work.
Step 3
We arrange recovery
Our team confirms the collection point, the destination and anything the driver needs to know about access.
Step 4
Vehicle collected
We safely load your vehicle — normally onto a flatbed with all four wheels off the ground.
Step 5
You're on your way
We transport your vehicle to the agreed destination and hand it over.

Before you call
How quickly can you get to me?
It depends entirely on where you are and what else is running at the time. We will give you an honest estimate on the phone rather than a headline figure we cannot keep to.
Can I travel with my vehicle?
In most cases yes, subject to the number of seats available in the recovery vehicle. Tell us how many passengers there are when you call.
What if I don't know where I am?
Open what3words or share your location over WhatsApp. On a motorway, the number on the nearest marker post tells us exactly where you are.
Do I need to be there at the destination?
Not always, but somebody usually needs to receive the vehicle and the keys. If nobody can be present, tell us in advance so we can agree an alternative.

Because Stockport Recoveries works alongside Stockport Mechanics, we can recover your vehicle and arrange for it to be inspected by our workshop if required.
