The right way to move a car
Wherever possible we move cars on a flatbed with all four wheels off the ground. It avoids driveline wear on automatics and four-wheel-drive vehicles, protects low front bumpers and diffusers, and keeps damaged wheels off the tarmac.
Electric and hybrid cars
EVs and hybrids should not be towed with driven wheels on the road. They also tend to be heavier than an equivalent petrol car, so tell us the model when you call and we will plan for the weight.
Low, modified and classic cars
If a car sits low or has limited ramp clearance, mention it. Recovery is much less stressful when the driver arrives already knowing what they are loading.
